Q: Where do you ship?
A: We offer worldwide shipping. Wherever you are, we are dedicated to bringing MANDALATASHI's pieces to you. (Note: Some remote areas or islands may have delivery limitations. Please contact us if you are unsure.)
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 10-20 business days, depending on customs and local postal services. We also offer DHL/FedEx Express shipping which takes 5-8 business days.
Q: Do I need to pay customs duties?
A: No. We handle all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. You will not need to pay any extra charges upon delivery.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 3-5 days to update.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Q: Can I return custom items?
A: We're sorry, but custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Depending on the damage, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Q: What materials are the beads and bracelets made of?
A: Each of our beads is handcrafted from carefully selected herbal powders (such as saffron, mugwort), natural aromatic woods (sandalwood, agarwood), and resins. We insist on using pure natural materials, free from artificial chemical fragrances.
Q: How do I need to choose my size?
A: Please refer to our Size Guide page. We recommend measuring your wrist circumference snugly with a soft tape. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Q: Can I wash the jewelry with water?
A: We recommend avoiding direct contact with water, especially hot water. Herbal beads contain natural ingredients that may be damaged by water. For cleaning, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth. Sandalwood should also be kept dry to maintain its luster.
Q: How long does the scent last?
A: Since we use natural herbal ingredients, the scent will naturally fade over time. You can gently rub the beads (after they develop a patina) or store them in a sealed container to help awaken the subtle fragrance.
